Terms & Conditions

1. The "SCRATCH, SCAN AND WIN" lucky draw is organized by Masmos Niaga Sdn. Bhd. ("Organizer") and is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above (each "Participant" and collectively "Participants"). The Organizer reserves the right to request identification documents as proof and for the purpose of verifying the identity of Participants.

2. The following individuals are excluded:

   • Staff of the Organizer and their immediate family members (children, parents, siblings, including spouses);
   • Representatives, staff, employees, and/or advertising and/or promotional service agents of the Organizer (including associated and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, siblings, including spouses).

3. The Eligibility Period for participating in this Lucky Draw is from October 15, 2024, to April 30, 2025, or any period as notified by the Organizer. The Organizer may, at its sole and absolute discretion, extend the Eligibility Period at any time without prior notice to any party.

4. To participate in the Lucky Draw:

   • Participants must purchase any Ja’main product (Socks or Arm Sleeves) with a "WIN" sticker at selected outlets throughout Malaysia.
   • Each purchase qualifies the Participant to submit an entry.
   • Participants are required to Scratch & Scan the QR Code provided on the product label after purchase.
   • Participants must fill in their personal information in the registration form in the system to register.
   • Only Participants who make a purchase and register will be allowed to participate in this Lucky Draw.
   • Once registered, Participants will automatically be registered as Participants in the "SCRATCH, SCAN & WIN" Lucky Draw.
   • Only registrations with accurate information will be accepted. Incorrect, illegible, or unnecessary information will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted.

5. Winner Selection Process:

   • Eligible Participants will be determined based on entries submitted through the Lucky Draw registration form filled in the system after purchasing Ja'main products at selected outlets.
   • The Organizer will draw a number in the system to select Winners.
   • The announcement of Winners will be communicated via phone call on a date to be determined. The Organizer will attempt to contact the Winner three times. If there is no response, the Organizer reserves the right to conduct another draw to find another lucky Winner.

6. The Organizer reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to replace prizes with other prizes of similar value without any notice. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any reason. All prizes are given in 'as-is' condition.

7. All personal costs and/or any fees and/or other expenses related to the Lucky Draw and redeeming prizes are the sole responsibility of the Participants and Winners.

8. Participants will bear full liability and responsibility in the event of any accidents, injuries, damages, or claims arising from participation in this contest and the use of the prizes.

9. By participating in this contest, Participants consent to provide their personal information, and the Organizer has the right to publish, use the names and/or pictures of the Winners and their entries for publicity, advertising, and/or promotional purposes without any compensation or notification, and each Participant waives any claims regarding the use of their entries by the Organizer.

10. The Organizer collects personally identifiable information to provide services or to communicate with Participants. This information is kept by the Organizer in a manner appropriate to the data and used to fulfill Participants' requests. By submitting their personal information, Participants are deemed to have given permission for the Organizer and/or its appointed agents to use this information for current and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve products and services. If Participants inform the Organizer through its customer hotline at 013-3311411 that such information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the Organizer will respect the Participants' request. Participants' information is confidential and will not be given or shared with other companies/partners.

11. By participating in this contest, Participants agree to comply with the official Terms and Conditions set forth and all decisions made by the Organizer.

12. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time, and Participants will be bound by such changes.

13. The Organizer's decision is final. Any correspondence and calls will not be entertained.
